Had a wonderful combination plate lunch here today....with my very Polish boyfriend. So good...cabbage roll, pirogis, sausage. We loved it ��
Thanks to the great people at Kramarczuk's for helping me pick out smoked sausages to use in Smoky Sauerkraut Soup (Amy Thielen's recipe in The New Midwestern Table). The soup was delicious and was the winner at my friend's annual cooking contest over Thanksgiving weekend. The sausage made the soup!

I love Kramarczuk's! The cabbage rolls in the restaurant are great. My current meat counter favorite is the Heritage Anduoille sausage.
