I have a 2012 Mercedes GLK 350. A previous owner altered something in the headlight assembly and one of the low beams needed to be changed so I was in a bad spot. I stopped by Kraftwerks and he was more than willing to help. He figured out what needed to be fixed in order to get the bulb changed and took care of it. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kraftwerks.
He sold us a car that was unsafe to drive and had a title still with a lien on it. Title issue got remedied. When we took it to our mechanic he told us we were lucky we didn’t have a major accident on 380 as one of the tires was loose, many parts, including engine rusting out, etc. Mechanic said cost to repair would be more than we paid for the car. Nearly $5000 down the drain. Do not buy from this dealer without having vehicle inspected first!
Gavin was great to work with. I feel I got an awesome deal on my dream car. The entire transaction was handled over the phone/internet since I was in a different state. I had my car 2 days after signing! As others have mentioned, he's not your typical pushy car salesman. Would love to do business with again!
Great guy to work with. I purchased a pretty old Jeep from him and it's been running great. He let me take it to a mechanic to have it checked before I bought it. Reasonable price and super easy to do busy with. Highly recommend!
I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Gavin at Kraftwerks last year. The car was well priced and runs great! Working with Gavin was smooth and it took a lot of stress out of the car buying process. Highly recommend!
