I feel the need, as unpleasant as it feels, to voice my negative experience with Kraft Kurbing. The worst part is that the product they offer is a good quality, but the service we experienced very seriously soured the entire experience. We contracted Krafts to install cement edging in our yard. When scheduling we received a call confirming the date and time to have the installation done. On the day of the installation, the time scheduled came, and went.
