A good experience – The people were really nice and overall, it was a good experience. John was great as well.
Got the work done – They were really friendly and they got the work done when they said it would be done.
I have been a customer with Kraft's for 45 years and I will only take my car there. I liked that they dealt directly with my insurance company. They communicate well and do quality work. Their customer service went above and beyond.
Staff went above and beyond – The staff went above and beyond what they needed to do. Ruben answered all of our questions.They did a very good job on my c ar, and the people there were great.
I am a repeat customer and I think they do a great job. They always detail the car and the customer service is great. They are very friendly, they did a great job, nice and clean! I like the people that work there. The staff had good communications, they were nice and friendly. They washed my car is it was pretty cool. Everyone was super nice! I wold recommend them if they needed any body work done or any paintwork!
