Trustworthy body shop – Kraft's Body Shop was prompt, courteous and well done. They arranged for a rental car for me. The program that they set up was very nice. For an inconvenient situation they minimized my worries. My car needed a slight repair and they did a good job on it. If I need anything else done I will go there. They are very trustworthy.

super convenient and paint was done right – So far so good, the vehicle looks great. They are the only shop that I go to, The repairs were done on time, was a good job, and they matched the coloring perfectly. I liked them having the Enterprise office inside the facility, it made it really nice, plus they got me the car I wanted. Susan got the Prius rental for me and just everyone over there was great.
High quality work – They were on time and they did high quality work. They have done a lot of work for me. Rueben was very good. They were very personable. The receptionist was really nice too.
Great place – They're a great place to go to. Very efficient and friendly. I dealt with Ruben, and he was very timely and communicative. Everybody down there was friendly and knew what they were doing. I was very happy with him. Kraft's Body shop were very professional, the facility was very clean, got me a handicap car, had the agency, Enterprise on site. Everything was very easy. The estimator was very thorough and I thought, for a bad experience, it turned out to be a good thing.
They are quick – They did a great job and they are quick. They always provide good service.
