The parts manager Carlos is outstanding, However the company really sucks and is a rip off. I ordered a parts and one item was back ordered and I got the replacement from Hinckley as I needed it right away. The part arrived a month or so later. This part is a small O-Ring that weighed just a few ounces and they changed me $36.00 shipping. When I sent it back it cost me just $8.00 for the reverse route and I got soaked a 25 percent restocking charge. No one charges 25 percent except for these thieves.
