I had a frustrating and disappointing experience getting my car serviced at Kraft Nissan. The first time I brought my vehicle in, I was told they didn’t have time to look at it and was asked to come back. I ended up having to reschedule two more times just to get a diagnostic. Once they finally checked it, I was told I needed a wheel replacement and alignment, which I paid $1,700 for.
