I have been in the car business for many years and I wanted to write immediately about A.J. . He took care of my issues and had them taken care of quickly and efficiently . Followed up with up-dates and did it with a friendly and direct manner . Thanks A.J. ! I wholeheartedly recommend contacting him with your service needs . I have to also add that , in my opinion , actually everyone at Kraft Nissan has been the epitome of how a proper dealership handles their clientele .
This place is the worst, not only are my appointments never completed within a reasonable amount or time but they just don’t care about people. I couldn’t even talk to a mechanic or specialist without first making an appointment, that makes no sense. God bless you Kraft. So fortunate you’re the only Nissan place in town or you’d be out of business.

Did a night drop on my car on Tuesday. Left clear information to call me to discuss the insurance before starting. I didnt hear anything back Wednesday or Thursday despite multiple followups. FINALLY heard back around 5 on Thursday. They confirmed they found the car, and would look at it Friday morning. I asked about the insurance situation and they told me they no longer accept Carshield and hadn't for over a year. They were the ones to recommend it to me just a few months back!
