Great service.
Did a night drop on my car on Tuesday. Left clear information to call me to discuss the insurance before starting. I didnt hear anything back Wednesday or Thursday despite multiple followups. FINALLY heard back around 5 on Thursday. They confirmed they found the car, and would look at it Friday morning. I asked about the insurance situation and they told me they no longer accept Carshield and hadn't for over a year. They were the ones to recommend it to me just a few months back! Cynthia was super helpful in helping our FSU student with her Nissan issue. Our Nole was in a tight time crunch due to spring break approaching and Cynthia was very accommodating and got her on the schedule ASAP for a diagnostic.
