They don’t want you to wait and stay in their yard too long as be before. The solution : They gave you their phone number to call back to check your load status but they did not answer that phone or even pick up that phone. Defeated the Purpose badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They used to have the most outstanding service but DHL cut many staff and changed its business practices. Thank you very much for below average service.
