Brinda is wonderful to work with! She is very friendly, helpful, and respectful toward the drivers. She works at the guard check-in area at the Kraft warehouse and always makes the check-in process smooth and easy. She is very welcoming and willing to help whenever needed. The reviews are right. 35 hours in sleeper birth and not loaded yet. One of the employees like others have said at the guard shack was rude and seemed very angry. Worst shipper I have ever been to.
