Rude, unprofessional, were told specifically over the phone that I needed a special lug nut lock that I did not have and that my car was being towed there. Once the tow truck left and after the driver and associate who were "cousins"(which is why he was distracted) and after telling me "I got you" then I was told they couldn't help me. The person in charge was extremely rude and told me "there's no need to talk too much about it" and walked away.
They replaced my tires and kept my wheel lock. They didn’t even look for it or offer to replace it.
