I'm very disappointed. My first visit was great, and I even asked the nail technician's name because she did such a wonderful job. Unfortunately, it was her last day, so I couldn't see her again. This time, the technician seemed new. She kept asking her coworkers and the owner for guidance on what to do. She didn’t fully understand the design I wanted, and it ended up taking 3 hours and 30 minutes to finish. She even blamed me, saying it took so long because I kept changing the design.
