I've gone to Krista's classes including YBB for years and she is the most wonderful workout instructor I've ever worked with! So encouraging, fun, and supportive. She really creates a community in her classes and gives you an amazing workout. I always look forward to her classes and encourage anyone who is interested to check them out -- it's such a welcoming environment.

I can’t say enough great things about Krista at KR Fit! She’s everything you want in a personal trainer. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely fun to work with.Krista clearly knows what she’s doing, and she explains movements and form in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve been working with Krista for several months now working on gaining muscle strength, and she has been amazing to work out with! She was able to work around an injury and help me maintain my strength and work towards my goals and has given me so much confidence. She’s the best!
5 stars aren't enough for KR Fit. Krista does everything right: the music is perfect, her charm, humor, and spirit keep you cheerful, she gives challenging (oof!) classes with modifications galore, there is variety in every class, she is accommodating, kind, and killer at the same time. I am in class as often as I possibly can be - all of her classes are different and present different kinds of challenges and delights. She's the BEST.
