Great customer service, reasonable price and fantastic job. My Civic 1/4 panel was rusted and needed to be replaced. They did a wonderful job and went the extra mile They added the Honda logo to my car wheels. I drop off my car on Monday early morning and they call me Wednesday noon. The car was ready. After a small impact, the grille had to be replaced and the bumper painted. Everything was done perfectly and very quickly. Friendly, high-quality and fast. I recommend.
Made the mistake of hitting/bottoming out on a rock solid snow bank while making a turn and didn't feel like the 5 demerits through mpi was justified. The KR Autobody team helped me with a budget friendly private claim, sparing me 5 demerits and went above to cleanup a rusted area near the damaged section (previously rusted). I would return for another private claim, great work and beautiful outcome.
