Due to a prolonged power outage, we had some flood damage from the sump pump not running. We called a few places and decided to go with KPM Restoration. We are so glad we did! They were there quickly which avoided any further damage. Each crew was so synchronized it was like a well oiled machine. The cleanup only took 3 days. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company for any restoration needs. They were so professional, easy to work with and very reasonable in their pricing.

Travis and Evan from KPM Saratoga are the best. A hot water heater above us leaked into the entryway of our condo. They were there the next day to test how much water was actually in the ceiling. The took down the ceiling and insulation and put in de humidifies and drying equipment. They needed to come back the next day to secure the plastic , which they did. KPM did a fantastic job cleaning up water damage in our basement. They were extremely responsive and couldn't have been nicer to work with. Highly recommend for their quick and thorough work as well as good communication throughout the process.
