Ripped off a mother of 6 for 5000. Left dehumidifiers and fans for a week, at most spent two hours taking stuff out of basement but left almost everything down there. The woman and mother, woman in her 60s, had to remove the damaged Sheetrock themselves and also empty out the barrels filled with water every day since they never came back. RecommendedWhen your whole world is in disarray and you feel like no one listens or understands you are wrong. I have been beyond impressed with the compassion Jim and his crew have given my family. It's a breath of fresh air when you know people care enough to make sure you are safe. A huge KUDOS to Jim and Rus for coming out on a Saturday and killing it. Today I feel soooo much better about my apartment. Thank you guys and gals. The Fiaccos appreciate all your hard work.
I need to share what an amazing job Jim did the last few days when my basement had some serious backup water sewage issues. He worked with the insurance company and cleaned my basement like it’s never been cleaned before. He took incredible care of us and my home. Can’t recommend this company enough. Really, my mind is at ease tonight.
I have never had to deal with them personally but my husband worked for this company for 14 years and they are a wonderful professional group of men and woman who work hard to get the jobs done.
We had a tree hit our house yesterday , water was dripping in. They came out immediately and put a tarp up to help prevent further damage . 😊😊😊
Had the pleasure of working with Rich & Brandon. They handled everything from the phone calls to the roofer/electrician,to the cleanup, and left my home cleaner than when they got there. Highly recommend!!!
Really liked working with the pack out and move in crews from your staff. They were very helpful, solution-oriented, never complained/whined. They also had excellent advice for me and answers to all my questions. Stephanie was great also.
