We just had our baby here and the staff was exceedingly beyond anything our expectations could have hoped for. They were incredibly informative, kind, helpful, and caring. We had been raving to our families how supported and helped we have felt through our first child’s birth. Everyone from the doctor and nurses that delivered our baby to the doctor, nurses, nutritionists, lactation specialist and more that were part of such a caring and kind team. If I could have babies I'd have one here. This hospital saved my husbands life, texted me surgery updates when I kept the lights on, informed us of the healing process and showed an amazing amount of kindness, empathy and safety. This review is strictly for every Kaiaer employee I have dealt with; from the security to janitor to the doctor and nurses...please, please, please know you are appreciated and bad ass!
You literally feel like you’re at a resort and not a hospital! These people are amazing and treat you with such care and compassion! God bles you !
I am really happy with the service, kaiser is always doing their best. Had a postpartum hemorrhage lost lots of blood but the qualified doctors and nurses was able to save my life and arranged the B- blood group in just few minutes now me and baby both are doing well only because of their efforts. Thank you kaiser for all the assistance i got during my delivery i really appreciate it, kaiser always number 1…❣️
Dr. Hastings is not my primary OB but he delivered my daughter here this last week, him and his team were outstanding. I was super nervous as a first time mom and he did a great job at reassuring me I’d be okay. Also A big shoutout to Obi who was my RN during delivery, she took such great care of me and made me feel safe. The nurses we had when we got moved to the postpartum floor were angels!
