Delivered my baby here last month. I was treated so kindly. The nurses were very attentive. I was able to achieve a natural hospital birth. My care was switched over to Kaiser last minute and I was worried that going to a hospital meant the default treatment would be interventions, however I was pleasantly surprised that natural birth is honored and the midwives are great! My husband and I are never going to forget the three days we spent at this center. From labor to delivery to discharge, we were held and supported so warmly by all the doctors and nurses we came across with. As first time parents, we were clueless despite all the prenatal classes. We lovingly refer to this place as the Parent University. Our 3rd child was born here. This was my wife’s 3rd C section with the previous 2 at other hospitals that ended up being nightmare experiences. They ensured us everything would be different here. Dr. Lo who performed the surgery was absolutely amazing and efficient I think we were done in under 30 minutes! Shout out to our nurses Michelle, Kim, Rose and Shelly who took exceptional care of my wife. I’m forgetting few but thanks to all! Her recovery has been seamless and fast as can be. We just had our baby here and the staff was exceedingly beyond anything our expectations could have hoped for. They were incredibly informative, kind, helpful, and caring. We had been raving to our families how supported and helped we have felt through our first child’s birth. Everyone from the doctor and nurses that delivered our baby to the doctor, nurses, nutritionists, lactation specialist and more that were part of such a caring and kind team.
