Poor customer service. The installers damaged my range during installation. When I called to report it, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong, because the installers stated they didn't do it and that was that. I just purchased the range and it was not damaged before the install. Now I have to pay to correct an issue they caused. I was warned before hand to not trust a company that was hired by Home Depot to do the work and I have learned my lesson! I would stay far away from K&P Remodeling as well as Home Depot. I had my cabinets refaced as well as my guest bath vanity. I had also asked for a larger base and wall cabinet where just a 12” set was before. Installer Mike was prompt and diligent in his work. He was professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up every night, and left the area spotless. I just need to install the backsplash and my kitchen will look brand new. The cabinets look even better than I’d hoped and I’d absolutely recommend K&P to anyone. Thanks to you all!
