Disappointed that they changed me the final half of the money due even though I did not sign off on the work as it was not completed. Have additional doors on order not replaced and one door that is loose. I even called and offered to only hold make a portion of the money until job was completed. The financial department told me not to sign off until work was completed and not to worry about it until job was done. Then today I see they charged me the full amount on my cc.

Our professional installer, Brian, was prompt, thorough, patient with our questions and willing to make minor adjustments where necessary. We are pleased with our remodeled kitchen and will think of our experience with K&P as we use our new “digs.”

I’m giving K&P a one-star review because the system would not allow zero stars. The initial engagement with K&P was smooth. We connected with them through the Home Depot in Alexander City, Alabama to remodel the walk-in closet in our master bedroom. I received a call back from K&P literally while we were still in the Home Depot parking lot, and scheduled an in-person consultation about four days later on July 27. I can’t recommend K&P enough! From our consultation with Ken about what we were looking for to having our installation by Dalton, things couldn’t have gone better. Dalton was very communicative, on time, did a wonderful job changing our kitchen for the better in 3 and 1/2 days, and so conscientious about cleaning up. The fact that they offer 24 months with 0 interest and no money down sealed the deal. Such a great experience that we have never had before with contractors. 5 stars!
