Tom did not do the work he agreed to do. I asked for him to pull up landscaping fabric under the existing mulch, which he didn't do. He also mulched an area out back which I never asked him to do. When I tried to reach him after, there was no response. I really regret paying him frankly.

Never used him, but the police finally towed his abandoned equipment trailer from Appomattox Ave. behind the Harris Teeter shopping center on 11/6/19. It was there for at least a month. Did he not know? Very strange....
