Worst dentist ever, 50 yrs certified ohio dental assistant and he's was the worst! Riined my veneers n caused damage beyond repair. He is unpredictable and was delusional. Thank goodness he resigned

He would take 2 hrs and do nothing but go and leave patient waiting in op, either visiting others or whatever

We have been patients of Dr. Kozicki since we moved here from NY almost 9 yrs ago. He is an awesome dentist, caring, intuitive and accurate. My last dentist would take 3 shots to get me numb Dr. Kozicki gets it right in 1 shot. The office staff is great and friendly and always helpful. We are very satisfied with all our experiences with Dr. Kozicki.

Not sure why several visits for a complex procedure was a big deal to the previous reviewer. Dr. Kozicki's staff is incredibly helpful and polite, and he takes the time to explain his procedures to anyone willing to ask.

Piss poor time management, unorganized, honestly there isnt enough space to tell you how horrible this dental practice is, trust me, go down the street, at least you can get a procedure done in one sitting, not 3 months to do 1 root canal (3 visits)
