Miss Amy made the whole experience fun and stress free for my son. Everything from getting pictures of his mouth and explaining what the equipment will be needed was a wonderful experience for the both of us. Dr. K (as he likes to be called) had a wonderful personality about him. He explained his reasonings behind his decision and put my son at ease while doing the exam. I would recommend Kozak Orthodontics to anyone. Wonderful place.

I was told by 3 other orthodontists that I would need jaw surgery and extensive speech therapy to close my open bite...then Dr. Kozak came to the rescue! I cannot say enough wonderful things about him or his practice- the staff are kind and knowledgeable, his locations are clean, the product is wonderful. I’ve had two boys go through Dr Kozak (one current and started seeing results within the first week!) He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Kozak takes the time to understand what each person needs and sets up treatment accordingly. He is efficient and thorough. I highly recommend seeing him for your orthodontic needs!
