My daughter broke a. tooth yesterday, we panicked not knowing it was a baby tooth but when we called off hours, he called us back within minutes, already looked at her file and was amazingly helpful. Can't say anything more positive about Dr. kozak and his team. we feel he is honest and genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you!

They have a relaxed and comfortable feel to their office. Dr. Kozak and his staff are very caring and take their time with their patients. My son David is on the Autism Spectrum and is kind of awkward with social situations and they treat him well, even when he says goofy stuff at the wrong time. Thank you to all of them.

Hands-down, the most reliable and honest evaluation we have had. It took 3 initial evaluations to find an orthodontist that we felt was in the best interest of our son.
All my children and myself have gone there and it’s a wonderful facility with a great staff. Always there in any emergency. All of the kids have been happy with their results. I would recommend it and I have recommended it to numerous people!
