First, they were one hour late to offer a quote. Then I set a date for them to come and do work for my house, but it was never confirmed by them, I tried to confirm twice and ended up getting snubbed completely. Bad business! I believe these people kiss up to rich people and take the larger projects over the two or three thousand dollar ones in favor of larger profit margins. If you have a small job and you are a do-it-youselfer, just do it yourself!
