To Dj Were is this review that says Mary's name don't judge. If you work at koyote kutz it shows the reviews are right. They say rude and you are!!! You just lost my business.

Who are those 'mad 'people? Too bad Dex doesn't let you check and see how many reviews people wrote - I notice a theme in the negative reviews. Could they possibly have been written by the same person? That said, I have taken my collie to Koyote Kutz for 3 years now. They have always been courteous and are not reluctant to accept larger dogs, unlike some local groomers. My collie has never taken over 4 hours, which is the norm for her. for mary To koyote kutz customers:The previous comment about how we run our shop was written by an ex employee who got fired for doing most of the things listed in her comment. Koyote kutz takes the safety of the pets very seriously and this is why she is no longer working here

Owner Suck Owner keeps lazy people working there and doesn't care. She allows workers to work there that text in the back and doesn't watch the dogs. They have had 2 problems were they didn't se a dog got loose and customers got bites from the 2 dogs one ending in a law suit. The last one the owner didn't even care. The employee responsible got promoted to manager. The kennel doors if not shut hard pop open easy. The tub door for baths is broken. No wonder dogs git out. Best Groom Service In Casa Grande I have taken my pets here for the last two years, and i have never felt so comfortable with the service. Very polite, great customer service, and good with the animals. Pricing is the best in town, No other place offers me the experience my pets get :).. I will continue to go here and HIGHLY recommend this grooming shop to others. I know you will LOVE them as much as i do.

WHAT WAS I THINKING????? This is your warning people.....DON'T GO THERE!!! Plain and simple. RUDE!!!!! And my dog looks like my teenager gave him a haircut. I should have read the comments on here before trying them out... UGH....I will never go there again.

VERY HAPPY Our little puppy was happy when we picked him up. He looked great. We were happy with the services. The staff was friendly and helpful with additional tips for our puppy. We will be going again!

Avoid!!! Rude... Rude... Rude... She was rude when I called for an appointment and rude when I went in to drop my pet off.... I left with my pet in hand as I have a policy of... If you cant be nice to me what are the chances you'd be nice to my pet if I' not there.... Thanks but no thanks....

would NEVER recommend My first and only trip to this groomer; They tried to charge me more for the grooming service than what was told to me on the phone. Said that my small poodle that weights 6 lbs was a large poodle. He's 10yrs old and NEVER had any other groomer said that. They were slow, no I mean SLOW, it took them 5hours to have my small poodle ready and the max it had every taken was 4hrs. Woman was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and go to any some else.
