I love going to Kowaliga. It’s just a peaceful fun place to go and enjoy eating out with your family and friends. Stacy the manager is just an exceptional person always makes you feel welcome ❤️❤️ Also the stuff sweet potato is just out of this world delicious.
Food was ok, not seasoned well. Fries are good. Only 1 bartender and only 1 bar was open. Was like they were short on help

Fabulous view and terrific service. Food was adequate but not outstanding.
Came in from out of town and asked for a local sit down. We were not disappointed. The Cheeseburger was juicy and cooked perfectly, loaded Sweet Potato was devine. Son said the catfish po'boy was sublime. Highly recommend the kowaliga sauce on the chicken wings. Fantastic! Dessert is coming but not sure if I have room.
Worst experience we’ve ever had. It was a busy Saturday night and was given a 35 minute wait time (Party of 3). As we saw several similar size parties go ahead of us, I asked what the hold up was and was told she missed us after waiting over 45 mins. After we got seated, we ordered our drinks and 3 meals with salads. Two alcoholic beverages took 10 mins and the one Diet Coke took 15 mins. 40 mins after our order was taken we got our food only to find chicken and veggies cold and other food was mediocre. Arrived by water. Outdoor seating with great view of the lake and docks. Friendly, attentive service and large selection of dishes. Reasonably priced. Most enjoyable lunch in a great setting. Try the pimento cheese!!
