My experience as a new prospective customer has been odd and disappointing. I stopped by at 10:30am on a Friday and there was no one was in the office. I then filled out the online Erie Insurance form and Efren reached out to collect my information. It has now been a week and I still have not heard back, or received a quote, from Kowalewski Jawork Insurance. If they are this slow to respond to providing a quote to a new customer, how can I trust them to be responsive to needs as a policy holder?
