Mark from Kove came out and did a great job on a furnace replacement. I started using Kove when they came out and fixed the A/C unit that had been "Fixed" 3 times by other companies. Since their repair, no more issues. When it was time for the furnace, Mark was my go to guy. Great communication, great followup, and we now have a quiet, efficient furnace. Thanks.
Incredibly unprofessional and poor attitude - after having a working relationship with Kove for years, went a different route to install a new AC unit due to a significant difference in price, after bidding to several companies and asked if they could still do our routine quarterly maintenance and service and he refused, was incredibly unprofessional and just rude. According to him, he only services & maintains units he's installed and nothing else.
