If I could give 0 stars, I would. I left the store feeling extremely disappointed and upset. I went in to have my BIAB removed. The price was higher than other places, but I agreed to it because I expected better service. I clearly explained that I wanted the same length on my left hand, and only two fingers on my right hand cut shorter since the other three were already short. Awful. Absolutely awful. The lady who was doing my nails was barely paying attention, did a terrible job on everything especially the gel extension to the point that it was CURVED UP and had a gaping hole in the middle. I will never ever come here again and would never request this so called salon to anyone. Had to pay extra as well.

Absolutely amazing experience, they are so professional. Im so happy with my nails Vita did amazing! Would recommend this place to everyone ! And will be coming back x
