This was only my 2nd visit to this office and I have to say the disregard for patients' time is really disappointing. I arrived to my appointment 10mins early and was told that it would need to be pushed back an hour or cancelled because the person before me was 30mins late. I'm a very flexible person but common curtesy is to let someone know as far in advance as possible that you all are delayed.
