Been going to that clinic for years. However the new staff they have are horrible specially Grace very unprofessional,rude and never can answer a question. Plus it's so hard to get through over the phone you can call all day and they don't answer.
Been going to Them for years but after her assistant lily was so rude on the phone will defiantly be changing when I called her out on why she was being rude she said oh are you talking to me when asked to repeat what she said all it takes is one bad experience to change doctors
This doctor uses a PA. That always makes me a little nervous. I had to ask to see the doctor. He said he was going to fill all my medications from my previous doctor. There were about eight. He refilled one. His staff was not able to draw my blood, so they sent me to a lab. Which made the staff look incompetent. The front office staff was unfriendly. He had me going everywhere other than his office, for this that and the other. When I had no present complaints.
