It is run by some bright people who really seem to care about the safety and well being of their residents. The property is beautiful and well maintained and they have a beautiful office. You can see how hard they work. The property is also very secure with patrols by FPD and staff alike. Not to mention the fantastic location close to just about everything necessary without being overrun by traffic.
