Couldn't ask for more quality guys as landlords. They work hard to make their properties look great and genuinely care about their tenants. 5 stars for sure.
As a single father of two teenage girls, I needed to be somewhere I felt safe. The owners of this complex have ensured that from day 1. They take a personal approach to their tenants. They fix things immediately. They don't tolerate inappropriate behavior. They are on site most every day. And they cull the applicants to make sure only quality people rent their units. Fair. Driven. Hard working. Respectful. What more do you want from a landlord?
