I was looking for a new dentist as my last one retired. I went to one that I ended up not being a fan of. Then I saw Dr. Koustis reviews and made an appointment with him. They were able to get me in quickly and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Koustis was friendly, engaging and informative. I had some questions for him (ones I felt were probably dumb) but he answered every single one no matter how silly I thought they were. I definitely found my new dentist!
I called looking for an emergency dentist. After having called around 15 different places. I spoke with Jo who was extremely patient with me and very caring about my needs and getting me in same day. Dr. Koustis was very nice and I felt I was actually heard and understood. He showed me my X-rays and explained what was going on. Unfortunately, he was not able to do what was needed but gave me a few referrals. Very nice staff.
I really love this place. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist LOL. Just such a nice experience. Thanks Doc.
I recommend Dr. Koustis without hesitation. A recent issue where I brought my son in for a second opinion turned out to be favorable. Dr. Koustis provided proof and reassurance that my son did not have an issue that a dishonest dentists diagnosed. Jo the office manager worked to schedule my son in over a busy holiday week.
