The receptionists are the most helpful people I have dealt with in the medical field. Seriously, THE BEST. Thank you to them! They really get shit done.
I was very excited to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ardekani and to have the opportunity to see him. However, I was quite disappointed by my experience with the front desk staff. As a new patient, I found the receptionist to be incredibly rude and aggressive. When I inquired about whether your office accepts my insurance, she complained about my question instead of providing a clear answer. Additionally, she did not take the time to inform me about the earliest available appointment with Dr. Ardekani.
I got my teeth fillings a couple weeks ago. i cant even tell if its there. done really well and professionaly. keep up the work big bro!
Dr. Ardekani's practice is run by a very professional, courteous, and efficient team. High praise for Rosa and Shoumaila at the reception and dental assistants Irma and Jaz. All in all, an excellent team!
