Chris and his team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Our transition into Auburn would have been significantly more difficult without Chris. Not only was he committed to helping us find a location for our business, but he genuinely cared about seeing our business successful. Throughout the last three years he has been quite the friend to us and we cannot imagine doing business with anyone else.
I have just recently met Chris Koullas, but it has always been very pleasant and helpful interaction. He is prompt with assisting in any issues that may arise.
We have rented office space from Chris and his company for about 4 years now and have been very happy. He is very responsive and professional whenever we have an issue and he definitely treats us more like friends that tenants. I would definitely rent from him again and suggest that others do so as well!
Koullas properties is a delight with whom to work. The staff is professional and they are genuinely interested in their clients as individuals. A family approach to business is expressed in a similar feel as a business partner. Highly Recommended!
