We called and setup an appointment. We were told the tech would be out the next day between 4pm and 6pm. When tech failed to show by 5pm we called for an eta. Kotz representatives told us that the tech had been to the house at noon and no one was home. They showed up early with no phone call. Not expecting them we went somewhere cooler. Kotz then refused to send a tech out. Told us it was our fault that someone should have been home all day in case they came early.
