Fabulous! I admit it. I made fun of the person who referred me to Kamiyama. I figured anyone serving Peruvian food and Sushi wouldn't do either well. Their sushi is excellent. I had a crab/asparagus roll with salmon on top and a peruvian green sauce on top. YUM!
Creative Sushi Travis Kamiyama is a very talented young sushi chef and has come up with a few of his own original creations to satisfy any hungry mob. I am partial to the Krunch, the Aquarium, the Waterpillar, and the SLUR (Salmon Lovers Ultimate Roll). I will often over-order just so I have some to take home with me.
