Excellent Choice Kotosh is my favorite Peruvian-Sushi restaurant! Everything is always fresh and done perfectly. We always order the Cebiche de Pescado (Fresh Fish Marinated in Lime Juice, served with Sweet Potatoes and Corn), Chicharron de Pescado al Ajo (Fried Fish in Special Garlic Sauce, served with Rice) , Garlic Seared Yellowtail Sushi (2 pcs. Fresh Yellowtail Seared with Garlic, Served in Yuzu and Ponzu Sauce) and a few rolls. The wait staff is excellent as are the sushi chefs.
An Unexpected Pairing... Sushi Bar and Peruvian restaurant? This is an unexpected pairing, that really works!!! Where else can you order saltada and sushi? The food is great and the staff is very friendly. A little hard to find, parking lot is small.

Fabulous! I admit it. I made fun of the person who referred me to Kamiyama. I figured anyone serving Peruvian food and Sushi wouldn't do either well. Their sushi is excellent. I had a crab/asparagus roll with salmon on top and a peruvian green sauce on top. YUM! PROS: Great fish. Creative rolls. Nice service CONS: No lunch specials
The Best of Two Worlds What a creative pairing. Authentic Peruvian dishes paired with Japanese sushi. It's an experience that can't be missed. The creative mixture of spices are sure to impress you. The Krunch is a sure winner.
Creative Sushi Travis Kamiyama is a very talented young sushi chef and has come up with a few of his own original creations to satisfy any hungry mob. I am partial to the Krunch, the Aquarium, the Waterpillar, and the SLUR (Salmon Lovers Ultimate Roll). I will often over-order just so I have some to take home with me. I am peruvian so peruvian food is a good deal to me...... the lomo saltado I had was bad... i could barely taste the dry little beef the gave me. Also there a mix of yellow onions instead of red onions... what a disapointment.
