Dr kotlarz performed a sugery on my daughters nose to reduce her nose bleeds. We were told a very easy, typical procedure. Now due to the doctors fault she has a hole through her septum that can not be repaired. Please be aware this doctor will not take responsibility for his mistakes and blames his patients for any problems that may arise. He said she must be picking her nose. A second ent opinion adviseds that my 8 yr olds hole was caused by his incompetence it will cause future problems.
If another Dr hadn't saved my life I would be dead because of this man! The only reason I can not SUE him for Malpractice is because the other Dr fixed me.
Great Doctor. Very knowledgeable. Helpful staff. I'm amazed that office visits and surgery were always on schedule. I find this to be a rarity when seeing other Doctors.
Great care. I had surgery and had to call a week later with questions and Dr Kotlarz called personally to handle it. Very friendly doctor and nurses.
I don't have an issue with the Doctor, but trying to get anything done is sick. They send out dictation over a week ago and I can't get any kind of treatment going. This is insane. Not my kind of medical help.
I have wanted to leave a review for quite some time now and finally getting around to it. I just wanted to say that this is a great doctor that is gentle kind and a 5 star doctor. I went to see him about 2 years ago for the first-time and was influenced by a few negative reviews and fear of my thyroid condition. My second appointment taught me not to pay attention to some negative stuff you read about! Dr. Kotlarz is awsome and I trust him completely. Claudia Blackwell
One of the most professional physicians I regularly visit. I very much appreciate his direct approach to health care. If you are looking for a chatty friend to talk a bout a recent vacation .... this may not be your guy. He asks very direct questions, and expects very direct answers about the condition you made the appointment for. This results in shorter office visits and better care. I wish more of my doctors took his approach.
