My appointment was several months ago. Haven’t written a review before because of ongoing illness. This doctor was worse than inadequate. Dismissed all of my prior radiologist reports which were very thorough and included numerous sinus and nasal problems. Diagnosed me with tension headaches which had already been ruled out and seasonal allergies though told that I did not have the symptoms. Was referred by PCM. Legit .. was with the doctor less than 10 min. It took longer to make the appointment than it lasted. I was prescribed antibiotics without even knowing if I have an infection. Did not spend 5 min on the MRI I can to the office with ( which prompted the referral ) I did not feel comfortable at all, I do not feel confident going forward with him. Save the time , money and anxiety .. read the reviews … they were right. I’ll be going elsewhere .

Nice enough doctor but no long term results for chronic rhinitis with ongoing sinus infection after 3 surgeries over 10 years

Great Dr and the office staff are very friendly. He has helped me from many years of pain and several sinus surgeries by other Dr’s he finally fixed the problem. He is compassionate and a caring Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kotlarz for several years and am deeply appreciative of his knowledge and care. He is professional and direct. He removed a large mass from my throat and a portion of my thyroid - and his work was so good that there is not even a visible scar-line on my neck. His staff was warm when checking on me and I found Dr. Kotlarz was kind and concerned when I had my followup appointments with him. I continue to see him and his staff and I highly recommend him.

Referred by my PCP. Neither doctor, medical assistant nor any office staff took any precautions whatsoever for COVID-19. No face masks or gloves anywhere. Medical assistant made rude comment about my wearing a face mask in front of patients and staff. Unmasked patients openly sneezing with fluid, then rubbing noses with hands. Doctor washed his hands with regular hand soap then put his bare hands on my neck and throat and used what appeared to be unprotected probes to look into my ears and up nose. Horrible doctor. Does not examine you before or after surgery. I woke up from sinus surgery in the worst pain of my life. Does not communicate or explain anything. Treated like cattle. His skills do not match his arrogance.

Quack! Referred by my primary for growth on my thyroid. In and out in 15 minutes with limited physical contact and limited conversation Very arrogant! Allegedly to be referred to a radiologist for a radiological biopsy. Just cancelled follow up appoint. Still waiting on referral. Run from this doctor.

I saw the doctor for migraines due to sinus problems. This was my second sinus surgery. I had an MRI and CTscan prescribed while I tried a combination of prescription medications to begin treatment. After six months without much relief he performed sinus surgery which has relieved my symptoms for over three years now. His bedside manner is direct but he will spend the time he needs talking to you about your concerns and questions. Called after the surgery to check on me. Office is well staffed.
