Very bad experience unprofessional no costumer service skill to many extra charges after signin up money comes before service must stay away from this place !!!!!!
I had an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience at this salon. I brought my 12-year-old daughter in for braids, having confirmed the style with the stylist, Danyell, beforehand. Upon arrival, I found her outside smoking marijuana, which should have been the first red flag. Inside, the salon was chaotic, under construction, and had no available seating.
