We had an amazing experience at Kosterâs; from their quick response when we first inquired about a car via email to the point where we made the purchase! The car was clean and ready to test drive when we arrived and the financing process was quick and easy! Breauna and Reeves made the entire process stress free. This will be the first place we look for our next used vehicle!!
One of the owners wrote a detailed letter describing the car and its special situation. I was impressed with that, since most dealers do not reply, and I told her that. I also wrote a response asking for more clarification and she never responded. All in all, relative to other dealers, a four out of five rating.
Friendly, fast responses, car reasonably priced and they were willing to work with us on some needed repairs for the vehicle we purchased. Would definitely recommend!

They were closed due to a monster snow fall the day I called. They called back the next morning but I missed the call, when I called back later in the day the truck had been sold. I was disappointed but at least they did call me back.
One of basically none other that didn’t play sales games, was straight out upfront right from the beginning. I know a bit about the car business so that was well appreciated and refreshing

Excellent service, very helpful , great prices and not pushy. I drove 3 hour for this car and was it was exactly as described. Friendly service and would make the drive again. Hands down best car buying experience I’ve had.
