the doc was nice enough, listened to me... then it went from one ear to the other without addressing my needs. I just moved here from S.E. Michigan. Needed a good doc. He came recommended by his brother the eye doc... I'm so disgusted with the medical community. They will lock you up just for thinking, "why am I here"? and then let you anguish in pain.. poop all over yourself... I am too angry at the moment... oh, and lady who answers the phone is RUDE. Look someplace else for a compassionate doctor!
My nephew, grandson and I are patients of Dr Vergos. He was very thorough and attentive. He displayed his knowledge and met our needs. Very happy with our care!
I understand there is a learning curve for a newer doctor, and I truly try to be patient and open-minded. However, during my visit I felt that more attention was given to the laptop than to me, which made the interaction feel impersonal. In addition, while it is reasonable to ask about a 15-pound weight gain over the past year, repeatedly focusing on it made me feel uncomfortable and discouraged, especially when I am genuinely doing my best. The absolute worst doctor I have ever been to in my entire life! There is absolutely no return phone calls. Docter does not take his patients seriously at all! I begged to get sent to a specialist. After three months of complaining that finally happened doctors young and afraid to admit he does not know what he’s doing. I’ve had better care at after hours clinics. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor with more experience in that cares about his patients!!
