I was traveling from Montreal to Philadelphia on Thursday, 4/21, and stopped at the South State Kost Tire in Clarks Summit because of a car sound which was troubling me. I did not get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me but they looked at my car immediately and did some minor adjustments to the hubcaps and something else under the hood and would not charge me for this emergency service. Excellent experience, they were able to fix my power steering and my muffler. Will definitely go back.
Refused to honor an alignment contract. After two visits and a determination that a Manager made a mistake in enrolling my car in the one year alignment contract, the Manager of a different Kost location refused to honor the agreement. Not only will I never use Kost again, I will be aggressive in making sure none of my friends or family will be taken advantage of by Kost Tires.
ASAAILLANT *800 US for BRKS/ROTORS ...300 for parts and 500 for labor...
