My finacee and I were charged $46 for two application fees when we applied for a property under the agreement that it would be refunded if we did not meet the basic requirements and that the credit check on us would not be performed until then. However, our agent Gail was so disorganized that she forgot (supposedly) and performed the check right away (again, supposedly). Koss Property Management are Scammers They rip people off by not giving people there deposits back and do a bad job at maintaining their property.Do not rent from these people.They Ignore the repair request, or lie about the repair being so when you move out they try to charge you for damage that was done that you did not do even though your felled out damage report before you move in
Saved us $$ in the long run Koss really took the hassle out of renting our house. We never had to worry about it ?? the checks just kept rolling in. It began with having the screen the renters ?? so we never had problem people in the house. We priced several management companies and they were very competitive and really convinced us they would take care of our property.
Koss Property Management has done a good job maintaining my property. I am an out-of-state landlord who has utilized the services of Koss Property Managment for over 18 years. I have found them to be helpful, collaborative and resourceful when it was necessary to rent, repair or terminate a rental agreement. Horrible Truly, truly horrible. Do not rent from these people. They refuse to perform routine maintenance on their rentals. Additionally, if something in your apartment requires repair, they will either ignore the request, or lie about the repair being in the works.
