Not only did Dr. Kosovec cause additional damage while placing a crown – the crown had to be replaced immediately following the procedure, along with resurfacing of an adjacent filling – they failed to properly bill the insurance company, leading to their choice to issue a debt collection for $164 after I had paid the balance due for faulty and damaging “service.” You DO NOT want to risk going to Dr. Kosovec.
