Dr. Kosova has been amazing, helpful, and kind each time I’ve come in with ingrown toenail issues. He gets you in and out very quickly, and helps you get back to normal in no time!
I was referred to Dr. Kosova with a strong recommendation by a physical therapist, and I could not be happier. I presented with high pain related to a toe infection, and was in a panic as I had an upcoming race. Dr. Kosova confidently performed a procedure to drain my abscess and remove a portion of the nail, and told me that I would be running without pain in 24 hours. I did not believe him, but my pain was gone completely and was able to complete my race no problem. Thank you Dr. Kosova!
Dr. Kosova is extremely involved with his patients and cares a lot about making them heal properly and correctly. He is a perfectionist who is very detail oriented. He is compassionate and thorough with his evaluation. From start to finish he was hands-on and directly involved with my care. I have used Dr Kosova for an ankle surgery and recovery in the past. They said they accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield, but apparently they do not accept all or pick and choose which ones. First, they submitted my claims to the wrong insurance company. When addressed, BCBSIL asked for them to provide the correct documentation, which they did not after several attempts.It's been over one year, and they are not providing my insurance company with the correct documentation to resubmit the claims. Now I am to pay for the entire cost of both my and my daughter's surgeries out-of-pocket which is over ... read more
