It began before the actual appointment I received the forms to sign in requiring the necessary details to contact & general health over view, also received info for directions to the office along with confirmation of the appointment time at this was by email. The appointment was on time & for the purpose to make a assessment of the work needed. Dr.Koski and his team are wonderful...never have to wait ..if you have emergency they get you in... everyone is always so nice to work with and they care..been to many dentist and Dr.Koski is very good,,,,
