I love Kosama. Never thought I could get up and go workout at 5 am everyday but Kosama makes me look forward to it. Something different every day. The trainers are so encouraging. Love Steve's nutrition help too. Thank you Kosama for getting me on the right track to a healthier life!!!!
Such a great workout! The trainers were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and following technique. The classmates were so friendly and welcoming. That was just day 1 of my free week trial ! Can't wait to go back .... oh and I'm SOOOO sore ... in a good way!! #nopainnogain #summerbodproject
The best workout in Lincoln! Going on my 5th year. It's always exciting and different. Never do the same class twice. Strength , conditioning, TRX and amazing kick boxing. I am approaching 50 this year and am in the best shape of my life, because of Kosama and Steve Lucchino help with nutrition.
