I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. I went in for a partial highlight and showed my hairstylist my inspiration photos multiple times. I clearly explained the look I wanted, but the end result looked nothing like my reference pictures. I specifically asked for highlights around my front pieces to create dimension, but I ended up with a patchy result that had little to no visible highlights on the crown. Laci is amazing! She always does such a great job on my hair. She did a full lightening service making my blonde looking fresh and perfect for summer, while still keeping my hair healthy. I always leave my appointments loving my hair. I can’t recommend her enough!
I had such a beautiful experience at Kosa Salon. Fay gave my dry hair an amazing hydration treatment and cut and I absolutely loved it. The salon itself is intimate, gorgeous, and so calming — I felt relaxed, comfortable, and welcomed from the moment I walked in. Leia is an immensely talented stylist with superb attention to detail. She listens free of judgment to what the client is trying to achieve. Her suggestions are always given with a thoughtfulness and genuineness to ensure the best outcome for her client. She has a very calm presence and also gives an epic head massage!
I started seeing Leia a few years ago and followed her to Kosa! She is bubbly and caring, but also very knowledgable and talented with both colouring and cuts. The salon is beautiful and the other stylists seem friendly as well.
