We initially went to Kos/Danchak for help with a missing part for my mother's hearing aid. We were helped with a replacement part and more significantly a referral to an ENT specialist to remove impacted ear wax we didn't know about. We decided to update her aids that were several years old with new technology replacement models. Dr. Gracia was very thorough and patient with Mom and developed a clever strategy to adapt to one ear that is essentially decorative. I have been a client of Kos/Danchak since the early 80's. They offer excellent products, and they take good care of their clients. needing to have hearing aides repaired is a stressful thing for me. To be greeted by a very argumenitive person that will not talk loud enough for me to understand makes me feel like i have 6,000 dollars worth of plastic I am very disappointed in the customer service of this office

I've been a customer of this office since 1988. I've always felt that the expertise, thorough knowledge, and caring attitude was the most valuable part of the experience.
