FROM THE VERY FIRST TRIP, WHICH WAS THE HEARING TEST AND THE RESULT, I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE. TODAY I RECEIVED MY DEVICES, THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT. EVERYTHING WAS EASY TO UNSTAND AND I DO NOT THINK I WILL HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MY NEW DEVICES. I HAVE LAUGHED SEVERAL TIMES AT THE SOUNDS I HAVE HEARD TODAY, LIKE A KID (SOON TO BE 67) WITH A NEW TOY...LOL
They are professional, courteous, and effective. They provide all batteries and accessories for the life of your hearing aids. I've had mine for 3 years and am about to get my new pair in a couple of weeks.
